These are a couple of the most asked questions. Contact us if you have any more that are missing.

What is included in the price?

Fuel, captain, Ice, water, cups and a floating mat or water toys (depending on vessel)

The only thing not included in the price is gratuity for the crew. No hidden fees.

What is our Cancellation Policy? 

Your reservation is only guaranteed once a deposit has been received by our team. Once this happens the yacht will be marked as booked for your group during the duration of your charter. 

 

Refunds will only be made if the Captain determines the weather poses a safety threat, Please note that South Florida is located within a tropical climate so cancellations are not likely to occur, light winds or rain will not be a reason for cancelation. 

 

If a scheduling issue comes up with your group comes up at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure time we will work to reschedule your group. However, if you choose not to board your vessel at your scheduled time your deposit will be forfeited. On a case by case bias we will work with you to get you rescheduled even at the last minute.

What is our Cancellation Policy?

Unsafe conditions (high winds, lightning, pandemic, etc) we will work with your group to reschedule or refund. Unfavorable conditions (cloudy, light rain, etc) most charters will take place. Our team will always work with you!

Where do we go? (for Miami Charters)

The crew of the vessel will give you some options to choose from. Our frequented locations are: Marine Stadium, Hobie Beach, Nixon Sandbar, Monument island, Fisher Island, PHS Islands, as well as restaurants along the Miami river. 

 

If your group would prefer touring the bay instead of anchoring, our knowledgeable captains can give you a guided tour of the area including celebrity mansions and notable landmarks.

What if the weather is bad?

In the event of major weather conditions, your captain will declare it to be unsafe to go out on the water. We will work with you to reschedule your charter. Please be aware that light rain and wind are not causes for cancellations. As we are located in South Florida the weather can be tropical and ever changing. Your safety is our top priority and we would never allow guests to travel in unsafe conditions.

What if there are mechanical issues?

In the event of a mechanical issue during a charter, guests will be transferred to a different vessel within our fleet for the remainder of the charter.

Where is pick up / drop off?

Vessels usually depart from their home marina. These locations consist of:

  • Coconut Groove 

  • Miami River 

    • Restaurants

    • River landing

    • Marinas

  • Miami Beach Marina

  • Island Gardens Marina

  • North Bay Village (Shuckers)

What is the capacity?

All vessels have a capacity of 12 or 13 guests. If your party is greater than 12, we can arrange a tandem anchorage with multiple vessels.
